OUR HISTORY
1983
Dennis R. Clunk started Union Title Co., specializing in title policies and escrow closings in Stark County. Over the years, the company branched out to manage title work in Columbiana, Mahoning, Portage and Carroll Counties.
1996
The Heritage Title Agency, Inc. was formed by Daniel L. Heck, which also specialized in issuing title policies and escrows in Columbiana and Mahoning Counties.
2007
Dennis and Dan merged the two companies and Heritage Union Title Co., Ltd. was born with offices in Alliance, Salem and Lisbon.
2021
Dennis Clunk and Dan Heck, after many years of servicing this industry decided for a well deserved retirement, leaving Heritage Union Title in the very experienced, capable hands of Its Partners and Licensed Agents, Lori Graham, Emilie Pidgeon and Meri Wilton.
2025
Michael Bugara, the longest tenured employee, became a licensed title agent and named the Office Manager of our Salem office location.
