Our Title and Escrow software offers Qualia Connect which a great tool to communicate via email, sending documents to be signed remotely and keeping up with your closing. Ask us to send you a link if you don’t have one already. We also have the ability to e-file remotely.

THE OHIO GOOD FUNDS LAW
Effective April 6, 2017. For transactions involving residential real estate, settlement agents may disburse only when the funds for the transaction qualify as Good Funds, as defined by Ohio statute*.
